In response to the COVID pandemic and its affects on housholds across the state, the State of California will provide up to $2.6 billion in emergency rental assistance to households and landlords who have been impacted.  The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) may provide eligible households and landlords with assistance with back rent, prospective rent, and utility payments.
