This funding provides forgivable loans to Local Public Entities, Nonprofits, Resident Organization, Private Park Owners, and Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities.

Program funds are for projects that support mobilehome and manufactured home ownership, including acquisition, rehabilitation, and replacement of homes; and mobilehome park acquisition and infrastructure improvement, replacement, and repair within parks.
