2021 FWHG Program NOFA and Webinar March 18, 2021

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has posted the list of applications received for the 2021 Joe Serna Jr., Farmworker Housing Grant Program (Serna) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
The Serna program NOFA was released on February 25, 2021. On April 12, 2021, HCD received a total of 39 applications requesting approximately $229 million out of approximately $86 million available.
Applications are currently under review by HCD and awards are estimated to be announced in July 2021.
