Our Mission
“The Central Sierra Continuum of Care provides leadership, support, and resources for our regional partnership, resulting in safe and stabilized housing, addressing the needs of the homeless or those at risk of homelessness.”
Who We Are
The Central Sierra Continuum of Care (CSCoC) serves as the designated Continuum of Care for California’s Central Sierra foothill region, covering Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, and Tuolumne counties. CSCoC is dedicated to preventing, reducing, and ultimately ending homelessness through coordinated, community-wide efforts and effective support services. We work together with service providers, government agencies, businesses, and community leaders to ensure that everyone in our region has access to the resources they need for stable housing and self-sufficiency.
Our Approach
We recognize that homelessness is a multifaceted issue that requires a community-based solution. CSCoC works with partners to implement evidence-based strategies and secure essential federal funding to address housing instability, while ensuring that individuals and families get the support they need to thrive.
